It’s just like making the common cupcake but the ingredients are much simpler.
The simple Eggless Chocolate Cake recipe. This is a yummy and healthy cupcake that you can easily try at home.
- 190 grams Refined Flour
- 200 grams Powdered Sugar
- 35 grams Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 400 ml Water
- 117 ml Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven at 356 °F for 20 minutes.

Prepare a large mixing bowl. Sift together refined flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda, and then mix them well. After they are mixed well, add salt and mix again.

Add the powdered sugar into the flour mixture, and whisk it well.

In a different mixing bowl, mix all wet ingredients together (water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract), stir it until it's nicely mixed.

Now mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients by using a hand mixer to make the batter. Just whisk the batter a little bit, and don't make it overmixed because it won't make the cupcake rise.

Put the batter into the cupcake mold, and bake it for over 20 minutes.
