This recipe uses 10 easy available ingredients and simple steps to follow. You can make 11 small size cupcakes with this recipe. It only needs about 30 minutes cooking time. Happy cooking!
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter/Oil
- 1/2 cup Milk Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- Chocochips, Raisins, Dry Fruits, or any other topping as you wish.
Preheat the oven to 74 F for about 15-20 minutes and prepare the paper liner on the cupcake baking pan.
Make a dry ingredient mixture by mixing all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Strain the mixture well.
Add vinegar to the milk, and leave it for about two minutes. Until the milk is clotted, then mix it by using a spatula.
Add melted butter or oil, vanilla essence, powdered sugar and milk powder into the milk and vinegar mixture, and whisk it by using spatula and hand mixer.
After the wet ingredients are whisked well, add the dry ingredient mixture. whisk it well until you get o good batter by using a spatula. Then whisk again the batter by using a hand mixer for a minute.
Add the cupcake batter into the paper liners.
Bake the cupcake batter in the preheated oven fro about 18-20 minutes. Check whether the cupcake is well baked or not by inserting a toothpick into the cake. If it comes out clean, the cupcake has been baked well.
