In this tutorial of making the cake pop balls I would like to show you some tricks of decorating and how to make a beautiful and cute cake pop for the kids. I would like to pick the bright color for decorating and some candy milk just to make the cake pops looks even prettier. And also here I’m using the fully cake, and crush it to make the cake crumbs. But if you have the leftover cake in your kitchen, that’s ok you can also use them.
Once you have the cake crumbs, the next thing you may have to do is pour the icing cream into the cake crumbs and gently fold them in together using your hand and knead it down just until everything is well combined. Then, roll the cake crumbs into the small balls and do the same thing to the rest of the cake crumbs. Once you have the cake balls, you can put them in the freezer for about 15 minutes. You don’t want your cake to be frozen so after about 15 minutes put them in refrigerator and let them stay chill there and while they are chilling you can prepare the candy coating.
After your cake balls ready to go, grab the lollipop stick, dip it into the candy coating for about a half inch, take it out and insert it straight into the cake ball. But just don’t go more than halfway in your cake ball or the lollipop stick will appear through the cake ball. Then insert the cake into the candy coating until the whole surface of the cake covered with candy coating then remove it. Once you have done, go ahead and place it into your styrofoam board.
