Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 3 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
Instructions
  1. Prepare a mixing bowl. 

    Mix the flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In a separated mixing bowl, mix the dark brown sugar, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, and milk. 

  3. Add the dry ingredients mixture into wet ingredient mixture. Mix together until you get a good pancake batter. 

  4. Preheated a cooking pan, grease it with oil, and put the ladle-sized batter, then cook it well on both sides.

  5. Garnish your eggless pumpkin pancake as you desired and enjoy!

You can add any garnish that you want, like walnuts, raisin, pecan, sprinkles, and also add maple sauce or honey as the topping.
