Once you have all the simple ingredients of cassava cake you will easily be able to make this special. Besides, the ingredients you need are grated cassava, coconut milk, sugar, eggs and milk. Then you can just start making the cassava cake. In a large mixing bowl, place together the 2 types of milk, they are evaporated milk and condensed milk along with the coconut milk, sugar and eggs and using the wire whisk or spatula just mix together the ingredients you put in bowl just until everything is mixed well.
Once you have done with the milk-mixture, now go on and pour the grated cassava into the mixture. But here I would like to place my grated cassava and soak them in the hot water first before mixing with another ingredient just to make the frozen grated cassava sit to room temperature or at least the cassava will turn to the original texture. And finally, pour the mixture into a pan and bake it to the oven for about one hour or until the cake is completely cooked well. Once your cake is cooked remove it from the oven and let it sit for about one hour or overnight. And the best serve of this special cassava cake is when it is chilled or to room temperature. You can also just eat it plain nice or you may want to dust the top with some frosting like cream cheese, whipped cream or anything you like.
