Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F for about 15 minutes
Make the strawberry puree in a blender or you can just crush them if you want to bite some chunk of strawberries.
Prepare a large mixing bowl.
Mix together the all purpose flour, powdered sugar, and baking soda.
In a separated bowl, mix the oil, vanilla extract, and vinegar.
Add the strawberry into the oil mixture, mix them well.
Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients mixture, and don't let it overmixed.
Put the cupcake batter into the paper liners, and bake for about 22 minutes.
Check the cupcakes by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean then it has been baked well.
Let the cupcakes cool, and frost them if you like.
