Tasty Eggless Coffee Cupcakes For Your Joyful Snack Time

Who doesn’t love coffee? Everyone does, I guess. Drinking coffee can really make your day more enjoyable, and such a good start up for your day. Many sweet treats lovers try to add coffee to some of the dessert recipes because it can add such a super delicious taste.

Right now, we are going to make an eggless coffee cupcakes which surely perfect for your snack time. This recipe is egg free, but the texture is just as fluffy as the cupcakes which use eggs. The frosting just makes it way more tasty and creamy!

Eggless coffee cupcakes are so perfect to accompany your snack time. Enjoy them with a cup of hot tea, and it just feels heavenly. This is very easy to make at home, and everyone will fall in love with this cupcake.

This eggless coffee cupcake tastes so delicious, perfect for your snack time. It is very simple to make at home, and everyone will be amazed by this egg free cupcake.

Ingredients
Cupcake Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 tsp s Coffee
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Powder or Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 6 tbsps Olive Oil
  • 3/4 cup Hot Water
Frosting Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 80 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 5 tbsps Butter
  • 6 tbsps Heavy Cream

  1. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees F.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, sift and mix together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, salt, and vanilla powder

  3. In a separated bowl, mix coffee with hot water, and let it cool.

  4. Add vinegar and olive oil to the coffee mixture.

  5. Now combine the flour mixture and coffee mixture with a spatula to make the cupcakes batter. Keep the batter soft and smooth, don' make it too thick and overmix.

  6. Put the batter into cupcake liners.

  7. Bake the cupcake batter for about 15 to 20 minutes. Check whether the cupcake is well baked or not by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean meaning that the cupcake is done.

  8. Let the cupcakes cool, before frosting them.

Frosting Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, sift and mix together the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. 

  2. Beat the butter, and add the cocoa mixture little by little.

  3. Add in the heavy cream while continue mixing.

  4. When the cupcakes are completely cool, decorate the top with the frosting. 

Yum! The eggless coffee cupcakes are so tasty and delicious. You can also serve it at your party with your friends, and they will not stop eating them.

You can add some chocolate chips on the top of the frosting to make it look more beautiful or adding some colorful sprinkles and chopped chocolate are also good ideas.
