A simple and easy eggless cupcake recipe with Nutella flavor that will please everyone. It uses 8 ingredients, and about 30 minutes cooking process.
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Prepare a mixing bowl, sift all dry ingredients together, and mix them well.
In a separated bowl, mix the butter and condensed milk together by using a hand mixer.
Add vanilla extract and vinegar, beat again.
Add milk little by little while continue mixing it.
Now add the wet ingredients mixture into wet ingredients mixture little by little. Mix them until you get a nice and thick batter. Don't add any liquid ingredient if you feel that the batter is too thick because that is a good consistency.
Put the batter into cupcake liners, and put about 1 1/2 tbsp of Nutella for each cupcake.
Stir the Nutella by using a toothpick, until you have a cute swirl pattern.
Bake the cupcake batter for about 20 minutes.
Check the cake by placing a toothpick into the cupcake, if it comes out clean (without any batter) meaning that your cake is well baked.
Your Eggless Nutella Cupcake is ready to serve!
