This recipe is about how to make eggless pancake which is so easy and yummy. You will only need 9 easily available ingredients and about 20 minutes of cooking time. Have a happy cooking!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Milk (2%)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • Chocolate chips, raisin, dried fruits, sprinkles or any other garnish for the topping.
Instructions
  1. Prepare a medium sized bowl, then mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon powder. Combine them well.

  2. Add in the milk into a cup, then fold in vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and water. Stir it slowly.

  3. Mix the mixture of flour and milk, whisk it but don't get it too mixed up. The lumpy batter is a good one.

  4. Leave the batter for about 5 minutes

  5. Melt the butter, and add it to the pancake batter. Mix it well.

  6. Preheat the cooking pan, and add a ladle-full of pancake batter for each pancake. Add your desired topping on the top of the batter. When the bubbles are popped up from the batter, you can flip it. 

  7. Your delicious eggless pancakes are ready to serve.
