Mix all the ingredients by using a blender or mixer for about 30 seconds in high-speed mode.
Let the pancakes batter set for about 6 minutes.
Heat the pan, and add the grapeseed oil.
Pour 1/4 cup of the pancakes batter into the pan, cook them for about 2-3 minutes then flip the pancakes when the bubbles are coming up.
Layer the pancakes, add the banana slices and maple syrup on top of it.
