Ingredients
Eggless Cookie Dough Recipe
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 4 tbsps Softened Butter
  • 1/3 cup White Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Ball Batter Recipe
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp White Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (for dipping)
  • 5 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
Eggless Cookie Dough
  1. Prepare a large mixing bowl.

  2. Beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the vanilla extract and milk, mix them well.

  4. Add the flour, stir with a spatula until all ingredients are well combined.

  5. Stir in the chocolate chips to the dough.

  6. Make the cookie dough ball, by scooping two teaspoons of the dough. 

    Freeze the cookie dough balls for about 20 minutes.

Ball Batter
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients (flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt).

  2. In a different bowl, whisk the wet ingredients (milk, oil, and vanilla extract). 

  3. Mix well the wet and dry ingredient mixtures until smooth.

  4. Prepare the flour for dipping in a small bowl.

  5. Roll each cookie dough ball in the flour, then dip into the batter by using a fork. 

  6. Deep fry the ball for about 3 minutes, or until the color is golden brown.

  7. You can garnish the fried cookie dough ball with frosting sugar, sprinkles, or honey.
