Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 3 teaspoons White or Powdered Sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 3 tablespoons Buttermilk
Instructions
  1. Sift all dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, sugar baking powder, and baking soda), add the salt, and mix it well.

  2. Add vanilla extract, melted butter, buttermilk, and milk to the dry ingredients mixture, mix it well to make a pancake batter. If the batter is too thick, you can add some buttermilk. 

  3. Melt some butter in the frying pan, then cook the pancake batter well on both sides.

  4. You can add any sauce or garnish that you desired like chocolate sauce, honey, Nutella, berries, cherries and many others.
