The tasty and spicy Eggless Indian Potato Pancakes which are very easy to make. It is good to serve for breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
  • 2 Large Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Rice Flour
  • 3 tbsps Fried Peanuts
  • 3 tbsps Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Green Chilli
  • 2 tbsps Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Oil (to fry)
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the potatoes, leave it in the water for about 5 minutes.

  2. Drain the water, and put the grated potatoes into a mixing bowl

  3. Add the rice flour, fried peanut green chili, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix them well.

  4. Add the all purpose flour, and mix once again. 

  5. Make the pancake batter into some balls with you hands, fry the batter for about three minutes for each side., or until the color of the pancakes are golden brown.

  6. Garnish with some chopped coriander leaves. 

It is such an easy recipe that everyone can try at home. Enjoy the pancakes with mayonnaise, chili or tomato sauce when you have it for snacks. It is such a perfect dish for those who love Asian foods, with the spices and peanuts in its ingredients, the pancakes really taste so traditional.
