Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Whole-wheat Flour
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter
Instructions
  1. Put the milk into a cup and add the lemon juice. 

    Leave it for about a minute.

  2. Prepare a mixing bowl.

    Mix all the dry ingredients together.

  3. Add melted butter into the milk mixture. Mix them well.

  4. Mix the dry ingredient and wet ingredients. Beat them well, but don't make it over beat. If the batter is too thick you can add some water or milk. 

  5. Heat the frying pan, and put a dollop of batter onto it or depending on the size that you want.

  6. Your eggless oatmeal pancake is ready to serve!

You can garnish your pancake with honey, maple syrup, whipped cream, or Nutella and you can also add fruits, sprinkles, or choco chips that will make the eggless pancake way more interesting to eat.
