Eggless Fried Cookie Dough Ball
The creamy and tasty fried cookie dough for your snack time! Feel the cookie dough inside the ball melting as you bite the ball!
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 4 tbsps Softened Butter
- 1/3 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3/4 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tbsp White Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (for dipping)
- 5 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)

Prepare a large mixing bowl.

Beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add the vanilla extract and milk, mix them well.

Add the flour, stir with a spatula until all ingredients are well combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips to the dough.

Make the cookie dough ball, by scooping two teaspoons of the dough.
Freeze the cookie dough balls for about 20 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients (flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt).

In a different bowl, whisk the wet ingredients (milk, oil, and vanilla extract).
