Fruity and yummy apple pancakes which are very great for your breakfast menu's choices and everyone will just love it so much!

Ingredients
  • 100 gram Wheat Flour
  • 50 ml Milk or Water
  • 1 Medium Sized Apple
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Instructions
  1. Prepare a mixing bowl to make the dry ingredients mixture.

    Sift and mix together all dry ingredients, the wheat flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder, and salt.

  2. Add oil and milk, mix together well without any lumps.

  3. Peel and core the apple then grate with a fine grater.

  4. Add the apple into the pancake batter and mix them together, set aside for about 10 mins.

  5. After 10 mins, mix the pancake batter one more time.

  6. Grease and heat the griddle, pour a ladle of batter onto the pan. 

  7. Use a lid to cover the pancake while cooking it, it will make the grated apple to cook well. 

  8. Serve the eggless apple pancake with honey or maple syrup.

To make it more low calorie, you can avoid the use of sugar if the apple is sweet enough, so it will be great for your diet snack. The milk is also can be substituted with water of you want.
